Hi ladies

Just read on the internet, that not getting enough oestrogen causes your endometrium to thin.
Which in turn causes bleeding.
Does anyone know if this is correct?
I only ask because I have a thin lining of 2mm, and I am still bleeding.
So, although I feel ok, (apart from the usual aches n pains that you get from a normal period)do I need more oestrogen, or is it treated differently than just using hrt?

[Oh, had a letter from docs asking me to book in, can't get in til 3rd jan. had a scan which showed nothing untoward, but a lining of 2mm.]

Sounds within normal limits .......... is it a heavy bleed, brown, light discharge?  Or a mix .........

3rd Jan - crikey, that's good.  Can't see ours until at least 12th

It's a mix.
Brown, then goes red, then brown, with a lot of like, stringy bits.

First thing in morning is the worst for the pain, after painkillers, it's not too bad.

Hi breakthrough bleeding can happen for first 6 months of taking hrt as your body adjusts to the hormones x

I've been reading stuff on the internet, and it started to worry me.
Maybe then I've just got to wait until it stops, whenever that is.

I'll stop reading rubbish, And see what doc says on the 3rd.....
