Got home from work at lunchtime to find DH has just booked a bonus week for us and youngest DGD to wait for it Majorca !!!! I know what you thought I was going say    Now I've got over the initial shock I'm really looking forward to it.

We love Majorca as well, going back a third time next year Teenager loves all the old towns, as do I - Pollensa, Alcudia, Soller, Inca - great market, and of course Palma. Enjoy Lanza

Good morning

We have been to Majorca quite a few times over the years first time in 1975 and we went to Magaluf but it was only a small resort then and lovely nothing like the resort it is now !!!!
We went to Santa ponsa for our honeymoon but again back in the dark ages and over the years we've been to Cala'dor, Puerto Pollensa, Soller and we had a long weekend once in Palma city.

When we were on honeymoon we did say we would go back to Santa Ponsa when we'd been married 20 years but needless to say we didn't so that's where he's booked although with youngest DGD with us it won't be a second honeymoon 😂. It will be interesting to see how the resort has changed over the years and as bonus week I'm not complaining the place we're stating has a couple of children's pools with slides etc  mini golf etc and the most important thing a mini disco as she loves to dance 💃 the beach is only a couple mins away so she'll have lots of things to keep her occupied as well as grandad as she's a grandad's girl.

Hi Jaypo don't think I'll be changing my user name we actually took her to Majorca last year, but still keep returning to Lanzarote still got 3 visits left this year .
DH can be romantic but don't think with a 3 year in tow he'll get a lot of opportunities
