Newbie seeking real advice
« on: November 29, 2018, 06:11:09 PM »

I've just joined. Have been reading some posts which are so helpful and real. Just taken my first elleste duet (last night) after much deliberation. Can't take the moods the hot flushes the lack of sleep the anxiety. Etc etc etc. Looking for reassurance I won't balloon? It's hard enough keeping weight at bay. Any words of comfort would help😀😬

 :welcomemm:

Some ladies find keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use.   Everyone has different reactions to HRT so I can't give reassurance.

Let us know how you get on.

It's The Change, women go through it in various degrees of annoyance or not eventually.

Make notes!  Maybe put the product name into the search box to see which threads pop up?
