Well that says it all . Is it the patch ? Or has that patch not had time to settle yet ? Have had some improvements but still getting some bad days with brain fog . Only getting 4 -6 hours broken sleep a night - can't stay awake by 10- awake from 2 .30 -3 . Still flushing at times . Mood better. If only could sleep would feel so much better. Writing this at 5.45 am in tears. I've had enough .

Morning. I felt I had to reply, especially as I too have been awake since 5!
The lack of a good nights sleep I must say is my worse symptom and has been for 18 months.
I'm on my 3rd month of Femeston 2/10 and feel so much better, but this is the only symptom I cannot improve on.
I feel so tired at 10 pm yet most days I'm awake again between 4/5.
Just wanted to say your not alone and thinking of you. Hope things improve for you. X

Same here hun, i'm 3 and half weeks on Estradot patches and not getting more than 4 hours. Exhausted, can't function and been in tears too.
I posted a similar thread yesterday and a few days ago, someone said patches can take a while longer. When i was using gel it worked virtually straight away but then symptoms started creeping back.Felt nowhere near as bad as this though. So desperate yesterday I used a pump of gel. Ive forced myself to stay in bed this morning but been wide awake for hours.

Sorry that you're  both suffering too . I haven't slept brilliantly on and off thru peri but since I've recently hit a year with no loss whatsoever it all got so much worse. I've read some women saying patches kicked in after a couple of weeks, makes me wonder if they ever will for me ? I know it's only been 6 weeks but feels like forever 😒 Omg am so bloody over it XX

Oh my gosh, same here but didn't realise I was peri and now I'm allegedly post. I feel like i've got a permanent hangover.
The only time i felt great, better than I had in years, was a few days after starting the patches so I'm wondering if that was because still had the Estrogel in my system and it combined with the patch dose. Maybe I need a high dose of Estrogen?
What dose are you on? Have you been back to your GP? I did last week and theyve upped mine from 50 to 75mg. I just sat there and cried. Ive read on here  that some ladies are on 2 x 75mg to control symptoms xx

I was same after few days on patch , felt great - that didn't last tho . Although there is improvement I'm nowhere near feeling, as some say , like a “new woman “ . It's the sleep thing that's making me feel like crap more than anything now . But will bear with it and keep my fingers crossed for now xx

Seriously don't feel like any of the GPs in my place have a clue. We have got one specialist in 'female' problems but she only 2 days a week and 1 of those days is reserved for her to remove and fit coils xx
