How many people do you actually know that have taken anti-depressant medication and had difficulty stopping them? How many people do you know that take ADs?

.......... Some can ease flushes as well as easing anxiety.
I stopped one particular AD by weaning off, it took 9 weeks with GP support. Still here and still taking ADs - for Life. Otherwise I wouldn't get out of bed. I also have anti-anxiety medication,
Rescue Remedy mouth spray, a beta-blocka and emergency pill. Something seems to work most days

.
Good diet. Keeping hydrated. Gentle exercise. Hobbies. 'me time' is important. Eating regularly throughout the 24 hours may ease anxiety as when the body is hungry, it can cause anxiety surges. Especially when cortisol kicks in early in the morning [the waking hormone].
Hormones can cause anxiety surges. How were you during your menstruating years? Which symptom would you like to ease first?
