Dear Ladies, I would like to send you a positive update because so many of you helped me through a difficult time. I am on fem7 sequi patches for 10 weeks now. I also take venlafaxine ( 112mg per day). Since last Monday I feeling so much better. My anxiety is nearly gone and my energy came back. I don't know if it is the HRT which helps me or the antidepressant or both. Anyway I would like to thank you for your supports and advices.
