I had problems with burning mouth this morning  :-\ so my usual muesli went out to the birds followed by half a round of toast with marmalade which also caused stinging.  A banana was OK-ish and I've had an egg and cress sandwich and 2 pieces of chocolate.

Ouch, yoghurt or kefir tomorrow then.

Water & lemon tea,
2 scrambled eggs with turmeric.
Mid morning coffee.
Hand full of fresh carrot nibbles for lunch dipped in guacamole.
Mini quiche, air fried chips & baked beans for tea.
Kefir pot for pud.
Coffee.
Not much water today will do better tomorrow.

Yesterday. Usual breakfast. Usual drinks. Usual lunch through the week. Our favourite sausages from Booths, broccoli, green beans and carrots with a little gravy

2night it will be slowly cooked mince with mixed veg., horseradish and 2 home-grown chillies on a bed of pasta.  The rest will go into the freezer in small batches.

That's it I'm back into porridge again  ;D
Made up a batch of apple cinnamon porridge, served with almond milk, toasted walnuts & maple syrup. Yum
Just demolished a couple of handfuls of pistachio nuts, local Aldi now stocks them with out salt.
Bought a ready made quinoa/beetroot various bean salad thingy for lunch.
Think it's going to be toad in the hole, veggies & gravy for tea.

Weekend is down to DH  ::)

A bowl of very hot Baxter's soup.
With a large chunk of French stick.

Didn't like it much, but eat it because I was starving.
I knew I shouldn't have bought that one, but the picture on the can made it look delicious,
when I opened it, and poured it into the saucepan, it looked NOTHING like the picture.
Oh well, you live n learn don't you......lol
I might start making my own veggie soup.......
