Seems to happen just after I ovulate. I know I ovulate still because I may actually fancy a bunk up!☺️
VA is not good either. Thank god for lube.

But the painful boobs I really would like to deal with.

What has worked for anyone?

I'm afraid sore breasts are part of the peri meno stage. Are you on hrt?
I believe some find evening primrose helpful.
Local oestrogen like Vagifem would really help your vaginal issues but vaginal moisturisers like SYLK or the YES products are also needed alongside the local oestrogen. DG x

All I can say is this phase seems either to not last very long or be intermittent.

You could try Agnus castus, which may help.

We do use lube to help with intercourse and it makes a huge difference to comfort.
I don't use anything else at other time though.
