Natural remedies as well as hrt?

Just wondering if anyone is using hrt and also vitamins? Is this a bad idea. Ie does it interfere with oestrogen gel?

I've read that flaxseeds are high in estrogen. Also that it's good to take magnolia for nerves and to relax, omega oil for dry skin, magnesium. ?

Magnesium can go through the gut really fast  :o  ::)

If too many preparations are used, one doesn't know which is working .........

Flaxseeds are OK but hard to crush  >:(
Are you on HRT [can't remember]
