Hi All,

Currently on HRT, Estrogel and Progesterone....

As we all do, getting sweet cravings..but due to other symptoms.... get confused as to which way it is ?

Low Estrogen or Low Progesterone

Anyone get sweet cravings on high levels of Estrogen ?

Yes I get strong carb cravings when oestrogen is naturally high and also when I once tried Oestrogel.

High progesterone (if I've taken too much) makes me have zero appetite so I reckon they're both connected to blood sugar.

Also, artificial progestogens make me crave eggs?!!!
