Fatigue
« on: July 23, 2018, 04:46:01 PM »

I had a hysterectomy last year because I had endometriosis. I started on HRT patavhes 2 weeks post op which have been grand apart from sometimes not sticking properly. Recently I have been feeling really tired. I think it's because I wake up through the night, not every night but most nights.
I'm wondering if the dose of my patch needs to be changed because I've been coping well until recent months?
Even when I have what I think is a good nights sleep, I still feel tired??
I'm 43

Hi Shadymckill

 :welcomemm:

It could be that you need to increase in HRT but it could be something else if I were you I would go to my GP explain the problem and request a blood test including thyroid just to make sure everything is ok if it is then you can discuss increasing the dose.

I have been feeling more tired than usual recently but I think it's due to the weather.

12 months ago I could hardly move.  I would do 20 mins. weeding then have to sit still for 2 hours  :-\.  My VitD levels were low  ::)

Let us know how you get on.  I remember my Mum having crashing fatigue.
