I'm back & gone downhill

Hello Ladies
Sorry I've not been around, thanks to personal circumstances, also I've been doing well. In the last few months, that's all changed. Nearly everyday I wake feeling nervous, sometimes with an upset stomach. I'm also waking at 12.30am but to back to sleep quickly, followed by waking between 4.30-5.30am every morning. I'm so tired, exhausted and barely any energy. Saw my doctor, she has put my everol patches up from 50mg to 75mg, really hoping this will work.

HORMONES
Do you think that symptoms are due to hormonal changes? When did you start the higher dose?

Hi Yorkshire girl
I really think your doc has done the right thing. You may need
to go higher on your hrt. Also, once you get some sleep you'll start to feel
better too, no sleeping makes everything worse, I know that from experience.
Hope you start to feel better soon, I'm sure you will, but keep us posted on how
your doing, take care,,,

So sorry you're back and things aren't going well, Yorkshire Girl!
I think you really may benefit from the 75mcg patch dose. I remember you're one of the surgical meno. ladies too so I always take a special interest - keep me posted how it's going with the increase.
Have you asked about adding Testosterone at all? xxxx

Thanks all. Tempest well remembered! I was going to ask about testosterone after doing some research yesterday, but as my appt was at 7.55am this morning, I was so tired I had completely forgotten in my fogged up brain!
