Hi Reba and welcome to MM. I would go back to the doctor for a check, you've given it a good three months and if you ddin't have this problem before you may need to change the HRT or have some tests to find out why your limbs are so sore. I'm not sure if this is a side effect, which HRT are you on?

I'm just starting my third week on estradot 25 so early days for me but achy joints particularly arms and fatigue are an issue. I've had achy joints before the estrogen so thought maybe in time it would settle, I hope so!

Hi Reba,I felt exactly the same as you, like I had been hit by a bus,in fact if u put hit by a bus in the search bar,you will probably find my post. I found that a higher dose of estrogen made the fatigue so much better,I still get tired, but nowhere near the fatigue I was feeling.i don't think you need to change your hrt, just the strength of patch,I think you will find that will help.
