What time to take hrt
« on: June 01, 2018, 07:59:14 PM »

Hi everyone, was wondering if any one had the same.
I take my hrt pill every morning about the same time.
But nearly everyday, I'm so tired, have headaches, and find it hard to get going.
Not everyday, but most days,
Then after I've eat dinner, about 5/6pm, I'm wide awake, alert, no headaches,
It's like I'm turning nocturnal.....lol  :(
I do eat in the day, toast for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, fruit, ect....I eat enough for me,
I am at the moment, sleeping good through the night too, although that seems to be in a
cycle, ie, about 2/3 weeks sleeping good, then 2/3 sleeping poor. It goes round like that.
But this is happening a lot, not just when I don't sleep at night.

I was wondering if it's a thing that happens to the body to compensate for the weeks when
sleeping is poor. I don't know. Or is it the timing of the hrt pill?
All I need is a taste for blood and then I'll start to worry...lol   ;D
Any thoughts anyone,  thanx...
