Hi can anyone tell me what's considered a high dose in hrt oestrogen patches is 37.5 mg Estradot high. I take 15mg of diazepam for diagnosed condition dystonia over a month on hrt , the exhaustion is bordering on ridiculous , sleeping well since talking it flushes stopped mood up. But worried the hrt and diazepam bad combination . Would appreciate any advice because I'm so worried might need to stop hrt

Hi Reba,I think ur on a low/medium dose,a 50 patch is medium dose,,and 75 and 100 patch is a high dose. I don't think it would be the diazepam that's a problem,as I also take it occasionally, and don't have a problem.its early days yet I think u need to give it more time,to see if it settles down. I'm sure some more experienced ladies will be along soon, they will be able to help u out.
Take care

Hi Reba, I've been taking 15mg of diazepam with Evorel 100 patches for months without any problem; as Lisa says I think you probably just need to give it more time x

Hi thank you for reply , I'm having good nights sleep but waking feeling wrecked and really awful . Thought the flushes and low mood were bad. Struggle to get through the day . If I know this will pass I will perserver as I mentiontioned starting into second month just oestrogen . I just trying not to let myself get to stressed over it.
