My belly.  Again  :'( - I think that it's lack of veg. this week but it feels 'off' = anxiety  :-\

It'll help with the transit, I'm always telling OH that.....lol ::)

 :thankyou:   at least I didn't go into panic mode as I was aware the causation of symptoms yesterday.  Lots of roasted veg. eaten last night ;-)
