I have been on elleste duet 1mg for 7 months now but I am really confused as to why I never get a withdrawal bleed,and my doctor doesn't seem to care can't wait to get me out of his office .

Hi and welcome to MM -  are on the Sequi Elleste? Does it have two different types of pills in each month?  Some women don't get bleeds on sequential HRT - I think it does say that in the leaflet? You may occasionally get a withdrawal bleed when the lining builds up but I woudn't worry - you're lucky.  DG x

Hi only just learned how to reply back, yes it's the sequential type , if I'm not getting a bleed does that mean I'm not getting enough estrogen, the doctors at my practice don't have a clue about hormones, I really didn't want the oral route , think il just have to go with a copy of the NICE guidelines and educate them abit more, I feel totally ignored and not listened to when I go , the only things the oral hrt has done is kill my libido ,give me stomach upsets , headaches , I asked for oestrogel and Utrogestan but got told they only let women with liver problems have it , I may try buy patches online or take a trip to Spain , my problems started 3 months before I turned 45 that was in 2014 in 2015 I had 4 periods , 2016 3 periods and last year only 1 period I'm at a loss as what to do

If your flushes and night sweats are under control, then you are getting enough oestrogen. More oestrogen doesn't necessarily mean you will feel any better - it can actually sometimes make your feel worse. Teh lack fo bleed is not an issue - not every women has a bleed with sequential HRt. 
Print of the stuff from this site in the TREATMENTS section to show your GP.  It's nonsense that Oestrogel with Utrogestan is only for women with liver problems - where on earth did they get that from !!!
Try explaining that Oesgogel with Utrogestan is the preferred HRT regime of most specialist gynaecologists these days and is considered ‘breast friendly'.  Print off info from Prof Studd's site to show them as well.
You could ask for combined HRT patches but you may need to ask for a referral to a gynaecologist or meno clinic if they won't listen or help.

You need to go with all you symptoms and questions written down and be very clear (in a nice way) that you need to try the transdermal approach as, like many women, you are struggling with the side effects of oral HRT.  DG x
