Hi maryg,
Thanks so much for the reply, my triggers are all hormonal fluctuations and my gp and meno gp felt that hrt could help. Since starting hrt in early October, I have experienced a positive improvement in migraine and get some pain free and crystal clear days, my migraines include pain and some vestibular sympthons eg disequilibrium etc...
We all felt trying hrt was worth a go as I have had some night sweats, dryness etc..
In November, I had a great month on 1mg sachet of divigel and utro, I did have some dizziness after taking it at night and at times felt my head migranry (if there's such a word...). But this month felt differently (i went up to 1.5mg sachets of divigel too) and I think you may be right in that whilst physically I finished utro vaginally, the brain may still have been catching up with the changes...
Gosh its all so tricky, I've had a hard 20 months of migraine, to get some relief fr hrt is a blessing and I want to continue it...
Wonder should I retry the regime I was taking in Nov, drop back to 1 sachet and just try another round vaginally....or do I test another month orally for the ten days...
Vag was good for sore boobs and bloating so that was very positive...just felt my head bit off more than usual...
This world of migraines sure does bring its challenges

Thanks again xx
