Hello Dotty.
Yep, my appetite waxes and wanes. I keep a diary and about three weeks ago I noticed that I felt calmer and my appetite increased, now I feel quivery again and have no appetite at all. It just all feels so hormonal.
I hope you feel better soon, I know how tough this can be.
Take care.

I lost weight at the start of peri, I wasn't big to start with and went almost skinny because of nausea. It does get better the further into meno you get x

Oh Dotty very occasionally I'll get some of the peri symptoms back but in shorter bursts. If this continues see GP to rule anything else out and take some vitamins etc to help while you're not eating x

Hello Dotty,
For the last 3months, have lost my appetite and feel nauseous..... also certain foods turns me off.
Now, i eat very small portions, soups and stews are the easiest. Sometimes when I feel hungry and I think that I can eat more but I still can't.
Take care, Bj
