Have you anyone you can talk to,are you depressed ,or is it something specific?

You have my sympathy. I often feel that, written down, my problems/reactions make me sound pathetic as I was once [and still am sometimes] a really tought go-getter. Now I'm a crying wreck.
Rest assured you are not alone. Reading the posts of others I get the impression that it does get better. I hope you have good support and somebody to talk to. If not, keep posting and people on here will help.

What bit of your cycle are you in right now, is there a trigger. Some ladies find that keeping a mood/symptom/food diary useful.

not really sure what started it but every little thing made it worse, not sure about my cycle as I don't have periods I'm confused
