Being post meno I'd suggest getting a full blood count done, could be anaemia, low b12, thyroid or ear problems etc

I get light headedness and I think it could be my inner ear problems along with double vision, think my senses are just rubbish generally

Hi Catkins. I get the slight lightheadiness then followed by a fainty rush feeling and then I have to run to loo. I'm getting them almost daily at the mo but I am very stressed out. Had them last year too but Dr didn't seem concerned. Had full bloods done etc. Normal. Lots of ladies I have spoken to have had them so must be sort of normal but they're not nice.

I get a weird head feeling when bending over in the garden, usually when weeding.  I have a nerve in the back of my neck which, when I turn my head suddenly, makes me go 'oh!' - the sensation is gone as quickly.  Not faint exactly, difficult to describe.

How's your diet over-all?

I get this lightheaded feeling a lot, my blood pressure is low and doc reckons this is causing it. Plenty of fluids help a bit, but it's very scary when it happens

*Yammy* i have low blood pressure and it can make you feel lightheaded, had to have some blood taken yesterday, [have to have a pint taken every so often due to having too much iron] and my blood pressure was very low, they had me drinking loads of water and had to cross and uncross my legs,as that apparently helps the blood flow better, also can cause extreme tiredness
You can look at a blood pressure chart online if you google it
Also adding a bit more salt to cooking or meals helps low blood pressure, less for high BP

I was given Indirel beta blocas to slow the heart and anxiety ( very common )
Also Stemital to stop the dizzies and sicly feeling.
I had test after test even a brain scan. And a complicated hearing test.
