Morning  :)

If you're worried then, yes make an appointment or maybe speak to a doctor by phone.

I had calf pain and saw my GP. She examined carefully and pressed one finger in a certain place and it was the exact pain I'd been experiencing. She explained that it was the point where the tendon attached, so for me it turned out to be a low Oestrogen symptom.
 It's horrid not knowing though.

It is better to be safe than sorry.
When I had a DVT it felt like I had a pulled muscle and didn't get better, mine wasn't red and no real swelling but I was sent for a blood test then later an ultra sound, it is always obvious

Hi ladies. I am 2 weeks into starting Evorel Conti patches. I have been suffering from agitation and anxiety in menopause for a long time. Thankfully, the patches seem to be working for the anxiety and agitation but today I have woken up with really achy legs and a headache. I hardly slept last night as my daughter was up all night being sick with food poisoning so I'm not sure whether these symptoms are from lack of sleep or the patches. I spoke to the doctor earlier and he said that it's not unusual to have aching legs and a headache when starting hrt. It's also reassuring Jean50 that you have had a similar symptom.  Hope you feel better soon . Jules x

Thank you  ladies for all your advice appreciate it. I went to my Gp he measured both my calves felt the pulse in my calf , ankle and on top of my foot he said there was a good pulse, he held my leg up and pressed my foot towards my leg and asked if there was any pain which there wasn't. So he said just a ache in the muscle nothing to worry about. Glad I went to see him puts my anxiety to rest .
