Mine has changed to blue, grey as well. It all seems to blend into one. The main page is still green, just the forum that's changed

No need to worry I'm sure! It seems clear to me that it is not a re-design  – looking at the heading at the top – like I said it is probably the default appearance given by the company that provides the forum software.  This will be to ensure functionality while the webmaster fixes any outstanding glitches I imagine. That's the main thing – it all works as a forum and women can post and get help! To refer to the main website it just needs another tab open. If you remember the main website was redesigned a while back but not the forum so I presume it works independently and the one we are used to will have been customised by the web-designer like people do with Word Press for example.

I am sure all will be restored in due course...

Someone was asking if the forum's passwords etc could have been compromised. The answer is NO.
The database wasn't accessed at all. Passwords are 'salted' and encrypted - not even the forum knows your real password which is why you can't have a password reminder, you have to reset your password if you've forgotten it.

What happened was that an exploit was made in an add-on to the forum and a small line of code entered into the page to 'mine' for Bit Coins.

I have read the article about the Bitcoin business.

To be honest, I don't really understand any of it properly - but I do wonder if other sites have this going on.  It would explain a lot.

Thanks Emma -  sounds complicated!

Mine is all back to normal without having to clear cache etc - tabs, pics, avatars, menus, tabs the lot :) - well I think so anyway!

Also thanks to webmaster and MM team for getting it all sorted so quickly
