First Mona Lisa Touch done!

Hi everyone. I promised to keep you updated on my progress with mona lisa touch laser treatment for VA. Well today I had the first one. It was painless and very fast. All I felt were a few random pinchy feelings as the probe got towards the outside and the rather off putting smell of burning flesh! Otherwise it was decidedly unremarkable. It took about 5 mins once they found the plug to plug it in, which actually took longer than the procedure. LOL. I was told I may experience some mild discomfort in the way of thrush like symptoms but to take a flucanazole tablet if necessary. Currently I am not experiencing any discomfort. I will keep this threat updated with any changes. I hope it continues to go smoothly and I get to see some benefits in the coming weeks. Lately I have had a lot of irritable urethra and vaginal symptoms. Feelings of uti and urgency and some latch key incontinence moments. I will be really pleased if these can be reduced a little and if the overall rejuvenation can help prevent further utis. I have read that it should do as the acid level in the vagina gets changed with menopause.

Hi, jessieblue. Thanks for posting about your first MLT treatment. Glad to hear it went well and I hope you don't get any aftereffects. Did they say whether you will have to have any more sessions, or do you just have to wait and see?

Good stuff Jessieblue, would love to have it, if only it didn't cost so much.
