Looks dirty  due to black hairs slightly below the surface.  As well as those that are long and black below the chin line .....

- I had a look at the left side of my chin this morning and it looks like it's been peppered with an air-rifle, I can see under the skin lots of hairs waiting to be born ........ so I've been 'at them'  like I would do a spot .......... I found several blonde ones too as I was pulling with the tweezers .......... must put some cream on now or Hubby will tell me off again for  " ferreting around my chin "

I'm doing 7 a day so if I didn't pluck I'd have a big bushy ginger beard... it doesn't help that my eyes are going so I'm squinting trying to find blonde wirey hairs.. you can't see them unless the sun catches then I look like Noel Edmunds

Check out association of electrolygists and search for one in your area. Electrolysis is the only form of permanent hair removal. Every other method it grows back...

Only works on hair with pigment yes?
