HI all,
Ive been prescribed Testogel and I am to use a sachet over a wk...very difficult to judge the amount...however my question is do i rub it in or swipe and leave to dry?
Im also on Estradot 75mg do they have to go on the abdomen as stated in the leaflet? And anyone advise how they will hold up on hols whilst swimming etc?.

Re: estradot, brilliant for hols, I used to put mine on my bum cheek when away so it's hidden in bikini bottoms
Can't help on testogel as I've never used it but did use Testim on tummy (sort of smeared on thinly) and now use Tostran on my thigh the same. Not a thick layer but thin enough to soak in

Shell you'll be fine with estradot, I'd never had a problem with sweating, swimming etc in hot climates whilst using them, Enjoy your time away ! X

Hi..I find the T gel quite awkward to dispense..i squeeze a small blob and just leave to dry. But then have to run and wash hands!..i also tried decanting it unto a screw top little jar and I used a little salt spoon but I'm not sure if some evaporates doing that. And it's expensive here in Ireland...i had read about this method was advised to a user somewhere on line.
