Always someone here to chat with.
Oh and no one will get fed up with your questions either.
We have all been in your position over the years.
I know what it's like to dwell. I find if I keep busy then I don't have as much time to think.
Keep posting.

You'd think after 18 years of the menopause I'd be there but bumps in the road keep getting in the way.
I think as some days when my ME bad I just can't do anything probably when I feel like this tbh.

Don't ever feel bad about ranting or asking questions. That's what the forum is for

Sensitivity? Oh yes, I can relate to that. Usually, after I've been super-sensitive about something, I find out that no-one else was even aware of whatever-it-was that I thought I'd done or said to them. Onwards and upwards, Lil22.

Think we all feel invisible at times my voice is like " white noise " very often.
Re ME exercises , I come under the umbrella of ME . Key is pacing pacing pacing , I can't do a fitness class stamina and vagina 🙄 So I do my stretches twice a day everyday take about 6 mins and help a lot , and walk lots low impact but movement. 😊
