I' m having a blip with my VA and am suffering with a feeling of rawness on the outside lips , as a constant user of vagifem / HRT / Ovestin , I'm wondering does the 14 day reload of vagifem actually do anything for the outer bits?
 I'm going to do a similar reload with the cream which I can apply directly to the sore area, it's just that inside is all good , it's just outside
Any advice please ?

Right - I was called for Supper.   

I use either product on the outer and inner lips as often as required, otherwise between the labia becomes itchy!  I have Ovestin for internal application a couple/3 times each week.  If I forget to use any of the above

Thanks CKLD - I know that itchiness it's horrible. I use hydromol liberally too. it's just annoying as it seems to be just a sore spot on one side only - hate this VA 😡

I'm doing the vagifem reload too along with ovestin outside as normal, hope you're itch/sore-free soon x

I have one sore spot deep inside which is why regular use is essential otherwise  .  If you have found a moisturiser that suits maybe use a little more to keep the tissue supple.

I'd reload the cream. Is it definitely the VA, or has something maybe rubbed and caused a sore spot?  I've just started the vagifem about 4 days ago. So far I've not seen any change

What dose are you using Katia ....... sometimes ladies need a double dose on alternate nights as it's a smaller amount than when first developed for atrophy, years ago ......... do you use it at night to avoid leakage

It's a little tablet. I'm not sure of the dose. It's one a night for two weeks. I'm on day 5.

If the dose is 10mg [?] maybe try an extra one tonight and alternate nights?  It's about building up to make the tissues down there more supple and less itchy.
