Oh, and p.s......Im actually in The Priory at the moment taking a break. I've been diagnosed also with chronic stress and am working with a great therapist (in case you've been wondering where i've disappeared to)!

How are you doing? Glad you have a great therapist. Two of my clients have recently been to both Priories and did not have good experiences with the psychiatrists (possibly personality clashes but it did concern me) but they had the opposite experience with the therapists, which was a relief as I trained with a couple of them many years ago (when I did my CBT) and I thought they were amazing!

It's great that you're focusing on both body and mind and I hope the new trial of HRT will finally suit you too. You'll be fine though, whatever the outcome.

(Sorry for the hijack!).

Tempest sending you a big hug - hope you get the support and solitude you need right now. Good luck for tomorrow ( oops today ;)  can't sleep - OH snoring loudly beside me :) ) was wondering why I hadn't seen much posting from you - make the most of your experience there.
