You haven't said how old you are but it is important to take HRT especially, if you are under the average age of menopause of 51/52. As Michelemabelle says there is a lot of information on this site (top Green banner - treatments/HRT preparations - where they are all listed).
If you are getting persistent numbness in your arm - perhaps get that checked out with the doc - or maybe you are just sleeping on it awkwardly if it occurs on waking and then is OK?
I started HRT when I was late peri-menopausal (just under age 54) and have been on it 10 years. it was definitesly a question of quality if life and sleep forme - and I was one of those who was going to do it all naturally! In fact the hormones I use are as natural as you can get because they are biologically identical to those made in our bodies - ie estradiol and progesterone.

Also time to think about diet and lifestyle if necessary - which will reap dividends.
