Hubby's lightbulb moment...
« on: May 06, 2017, 08:15:46 PM »

;D Hubby has a lot on his plate at the moment with work pressure and a sick mother overseas. He is a very calm, grounded p, optimistic and relaxed person by nature and to see him irritable or angry is the absolute exception. For example, I once asked him whether he ever gets up in the morning and just feel angry and upset for no reason. His response was classic as he was really surprised to learn people do feel like that and it really happens ::)...sigh...his menopausal wife is a good example... ::)

Last night he diagnosed himself with " internal grumpiness" and a constant desire to punch people in the face which bothers him a lot as it is SO out of character for him and a new experience! After I empathised with him, I told him I really get it as his current grumpy state is my default mental state mode since menopause started! :o Again the man was surprised....;-)

Will he take any action to relieve himself of the stressors though - internal grumpiness can turn into depression with men  :-\
