    I was told not to swim other than on my back because swimming on your front puts alot of strain on your neck and to only walk in the water!   As I can't use my arms much swimming on back was only option other than walking.  Water is not my natural environment

His neck is a little easier tonight but still cannot move his head either way . He is not looking forward to trying to get into bed!
