Where's my orgasm?

ahhhh! This is driving me bonkers. I'm on hrt and testosterone.my libido fell off a cliff since peri But starting testosterone my sex drive has been pretty high but I'm really frustrated now. I can not have an orgasm- at all.
I'm not sure if this is worse than having no libido. It's like someone has just switched off the sensitivity. No amount of time and effort changes the end result.
Is this it now? How it's going to be? Has anyone found they have gone back to how they were?
Apologies if this is a bit to personal 😳

This happened to me. Pre meno I had a really high sex drive and guaranteed Os. I tried testosterone and didn't really get any benefits and since starting Tibolone I still don't have a sex drive but I do respond and get Os, and usually good powerful ones

I follow Prof Studd's regime, and use testim gel every day. I must say I don't have much of a libido anymore, but that might be due to the AD I also take? However, I still orgasm easily and they're stronger than ever, which I think must be down to the testim?

Believe it or not, mine have returned now that I'm off HRT!! So I'm guessing estrogen only HRT dampened any effect I was getting from the Testosterone my body was producing, albeit a much smaller amount than pre BSO.
It's a balance thing - I'll blether on about this until I'm in my grave but like I've said a million times, we're waaay behind the US in this respect in how we prescribe HRT here!

How is HRT prescribed in the USA? Is it more patient specific?

Oh, indeed! Add to this that compounded HRT's in the form of creams and troches made specifically to each patient's requirements are available (but I won't go into this as it has caused some controversy on here before).
A case in point though is that over at Hystersisters, many women are prescribed progesterone to accompany their estrogen if they require it after hysterectomy and bso to feel balanced. Ditto testosterone. I know the whole healthcare system in the US is different and we rely largely on the NHS (and we are luckier that in the States as you're pretty much scuppered there if you don't have health insurance or can't pay) but it would be good if we adopted a more individualized approach to HRT prescribing. I doubt it will happen though as the NHS is struggling and we gave a long way to go to even bring GP's up to speed on ANY HRT prescribing.
