Well four years down the line post meno still trying to find the right hrt and its driving me nuts ! I tried Tibelone no good anxiety better but so dizzy awful so went back to estrogen only tablet I dont need progesterone flushes went brilliant, but then the IBS flared up real bad so stopped back on a patch now worst flushes for years last night when will it end !!!!!!

Sorry your post got  missed ( well I was away and - I think more women tend to look at the "All Things Menopause" board - well I do anyway - as I'm busy I always forget about this one and just give a quick glance!).

Anyway I do hope you are now feeling a bit better from the patch. -I know you've been through a lot of different HRT types and sometimes it is a question of finding one that gives the fewest side effects - but the important thing is to feel better overall.

I hope they are starting to work for you! have you also tried testosterone?

Thanks Hurdity I have asked about testosterone but theres no way my gp will prescribe it can I demand it but in a nice way ?
