Hi. I used to be on the femseven conti 50mg patches but had to change due to bleeding. This was a shame as i felt great on them apart from that.
I had a mirena coil fitted a few weeks ago. It hasn't settled yet and also I'm on elleste solo mx 40.
This is slightly less eostrogen than the previous patches, and I'm not feeling good at all. Disturbed sleep, little energy, low mood and now dizziness. Is the 10mg difference between the 2 enough to make me feel like this do you think? Should I go back and ask for stronger patches?
I would be grateful for your thoughts.

I'm not 100% sure on others but the slightest change can have a big effect on me.
May be worth going back and asking to tweak it if you don't settle.
I'm on the Femseven patch but can't get it to stick 😩Xx

I found the best place to stick them was high on the bum cheek. Took a bit of trial and error though

I believe that the trick is to make sure that the WHOLE area is completely dry B4 trying to stick on the patch then hold it for a while until you are certain it's on!  Micropore over the top?
