For those that have suffered childhood trauma, it is very upsetting when you are 'triggered'. I understand completely how this must be upsetting you and want to send you hugs. This is a big deal, especially when we are blind sided by powerful emotions and recollections so unexpectedly. xxxx

thank you for all your kind contributions.  Sample collecting all finished without incident, apart from forgetting to write the date on one of them    Will post it on Monday then I can forget all about it. It's still one of the nastiest things I have done but hopefully next time I will be more aware and it will bother me less.
