Mine is always heavily stocked, I usually have one or two Ocado drops per week depending on whether I'm going to be out shopping myself.
Fridge; ss milk, eggs, butter, cheese (always parmesan, cheddar, gruyere and usually others), full fat yoghurt plain and fruit varieties, selection of cold meats (prosciutto, pulled ham hock, a ring of chorizo), smoked houmous, tub of white crab meat, chargrilled artichokes, tub of olives, fresh anchovy fillets, seafood antipasti, tub of prawns, plate of cooked chicken, some sea bass fillets, some salmon fillets, chicken thighs, smoked trout fillets. Salad (mixed leaves, peashoots, rocket, peppers, fennel bulb, cucumber, radishes, red cabbage, cress, avocados, spring onions). Veggies (Sweetheart cabbage, savoy, bag of spinach, long stem broccoli, mange tout, sugar snaps and baby corn, sprouts, carrots, parsnips, swede, some red chillies, some ginger root, portobellino mushrooms) Tubs of grapes, raspberries and blueberries and coconut. In the door I have the usual mayos, Chinese sauces, mustards etc etc. I also have a couple of boxes of the Benecol drink stuff that I'm taking daily. White wine. Low alcohol beer and normal beer.
The freezer has, petit pois, beef cheeks, salmon, sausages, bacon, chicken thighs, chicken breasts, some batch cooked meals (too many to mention), frozen berries, ice creams, ice cubes, tortillas/wraps, bags of baby squid, mussels, sardines and also two bags of mixed seafood. Some naan bread and two bags of sun dried tomatoes.
Eggs in the fridge, tomatoes in bowls in the kitchen that are plucked like fruit!
