Sequential to Continuous HRT

Good Morning Ladies

Can I please ask your opinions?

I'm 48 and in perimenopause. Been taking HRT for a year, current combination 2 pumps of Gel and 200mg Utrogestran 12/28 and now changing to Utrogestran 25/28. (Doctors Advice)

I finished the 12/28 last Friday and my GP said wait 3 days and then start the 25/28 but I've not yet had a bleed.

Should I wait another couple of days and start the bleed first, day 1?I should be due to take it tonight and no sign of my period.

Should I also not take the gel tonight as well to try to bring on the bleed?

Have any of you swapped from Sequential to Continuous?

Your thoughts would be appreciated

Many thanks

Absolutely no idea  ;D but I'm sure a knowledgeable person will be along soon. Good luck!
