Hysterectomya
« on: February 14, 2017, 05:10:57 PM »

Hi everyone, not posted on here for a while as been relatively ok. Sad to say not great at moment and not sure why? Had a hysterectomy this time last year and been fine, recovered ok and no problems. Just been experiencing what I can only describe as period pains/ low back ache. How can this be with no womb? I do still have my overies and cervix tho. Can anyone shed any light on this please. Would be grateful.xxx

Sorry you're feeling poorly.

Adhesions can cause abdominal/pelvic pain especially if they tangle up other organs eg ovaries or bowel.
Might be worth speaking with your GP so they can monitor you  :)
