Welcome. So much info on here and think the best thing is you find you are not alone and it take a while to get your head round it but theres lots of help and support here and no question is too silly .  Theres no one size fits all but somewhere along the journey you will find some solutions.

Also back up CKLDs advice re vagifem, gynea I saw recently said every lady at this stage of life should be on it as early as possible as stops so many problems later on ,

Thank you winterose. I've read up a little about vagifem and other than vaginal dryness it treats itchiness, pain and soreness, painful urination etc at the mo I only have vaginal dryness. Do u think if i startered Taking it now it might prevent all the other things is that wat u mean? 🤔

Obviously consult your doctor and read up on it but basically the lady I saw said she advises it for everyone who can take it to do so as its a good preventative and so much easier to prevent than treat if its gone too far,
