Now Elizabethrose -

- Scotland is lovely what ever time of year. We went to Dornie near Eilen Donan Castle (sp) in August 12 years ago and had no problems with midges as although sunny for a whole week

. it was windy. There was a whirlly thing in the garden, apparently the critters are attracted to human breath. We stayed in a cottage: "Kilimanjaro" : about 2 miles up a lane up a narrower lane

near Dornie.
The journey beyond Glasgow is FabULus. I LOVE
Plockton, a village which is 'owned' so nothing is altered without permission. Ullapool, further up, was nice in the 1970s but I haven't been since. Edinburgh is on our list
