northseacrashes - Which HRt have you been prescribed? Is it sequential or continuous?
There are some nasty low grade viruses sculling around at the moment and they can make one feel tired and achey.  TThis really cold wether is really making me act as well - I just feel like sleeping most of the time.
Keep going - it can take a few weeks for the HRt to do it's magic.  DG x
