Hi ladies.
Pam I'm so sorry to hear that things are not good for you at the moment. It sounds as if your hormones are fluctuating all over the place whilst your body is getting used to Tibolone. I think you're almost a month taking it aren't you? I remember that my anxiety hit a peak at about that mark but gradually got better.😀.
Having said that I have been having quite bad aches and pains in my legs and chest over the last 24 hours. I did a workout the other night and that is what caused it I think. Also, when we are feeling anxious, we tense our bodies without realising it and this is what can cause aches and pains. About 6 or 7 years ago, when I started Peri I was rushed into hospital with a suspected clot on the lung. To cut a long story short, after they had treated it for 6 months with warfarin, they realised that I never had a clot in the first place but that I had hyperventilation syndrome which was causing panic attacks! This sounds stupid but I had physio to teach me how to breathe properly! So every time I feel anxious I focus on my breathing which calms me down. Not breathing properly can cause so many other problems in the body and we don'the realise we are holding our breath which stops oxygen from circulasting around the body. Have you tried mindfulness? You can download mindfulness techniques and exercises on You Tube. Maybe give it a try it really helps. Sending a big hug and hoping you feel better soon Xx
