I had to stop HRT on Saturday after just 3 weeks after feeling dreadful on the Evorel Conti patch.
Since stopping I feel like I've got PMT and my boobs feel achey and my joints.
Is this a coincidence

When I had a break recently, my joints were achy and my knuckles swollen again within a week.

It's most likely the drop off of what ever was in the medication.

Go back to your GP and discuss other types of HRT.  Maybe jot down symptoms and decide which you would like to ditch first?  HRT can protect bones and heart!
