pelvic congestion

Hi,
I have some issues at the moment, having been 6 months since my last period. 
i feel a pelvic 'congestion' need to pee all the time (worse when sitting down) feel like I need to go to no. 2's even when I don't and have a dull ache low down.  not a horrible pain though, just an ache.

have drs on thursday.

any ideas?

Hi Lynn,
I'm dealing with the same issues right now. UTI has been ruled out and was diagnosed with bladder atrophy due to menopause. I'm on Vagifem now for 6 weeks and symptoms are very slowly easing off. Hope your doctor has answers for you today.

have to have an internal ultrasounds  -  Dr asked me what I thought was wrong !

Sounds really uncomfortable. I experienced similar due to prolapse lynne0 - especially the sitting down feeling and the feeling like you need to go to the loo but don't.
