2x100mg thats very very high ! Is that correct ?
Livial was the first hrt I used and I really liked it. However I thought it was only available as a low dose. The dose you are on does seem very high. The problem could the daily progesterone rather than the estrogen. Perhaps try taking progesterone on a cycle.
When I tried Livial it was great but I'm prone to getting posts and my acne got too bad - one of the reasons why I wouldn't try Testosterone, as I think this can also make spots worse. I didn't get any bleeding with Livial (Tibolone), slept really well and generally felt really good - it was such a shame that I got so spotty. I think if you are not prone to spots then Livial can be great. DG x
Hi Sap22I am really puzzled as to why you have gone from 50 mcg to 200 mcg oestrogen - that is a huge amount and a very big increase ie 4 times as much!!! I also would be concerned whether 100 mg utrogestan would be sufficient to keep the uterus lining thin especially taken continuously. Are you using it orally or vaginally?Hurdity xHi Hurdity, it was 50 mcg twice weekly, and now 100 mcg twice weekly, so she doubled it, due to the fact that she said my oestrogen still wasn't as high as she would like it to be after 3.5 months (136). The utrogestan is taken orally daily at 100mg. x

I haven't started Livial yet, but am on Utrogestan 100mg daily for progesterone and 100 mcg x 2 patches of Oestrogen per week.x
