For the ladies that has or is dealing with the nausea mornings is so bad it's like morning sickness without being pregnant what helps this is the 5 day of this nausea. I've had it before early on in this but it was mild that didn't really effect me but this time around its blah and horrible.

Hi Anglfrmhvn69 - could it be the Vitamin D you are taking? Some people have problems with it depending on which type you have. If it's tablet form it's advisable not to take it on an empty stomach.  I use the spray which seems to be better tolerated.

I used to get this the week leading up to a bleed its horrible isn't it ! As soon as the bleed began it stopped so put it down to the higher progesterone ,all though I dont know that for a fact!  :-\
I found taking travel sickness tablets somewhat . It stopped of its own volition after about six months but you could almost set your watch by it every month ,it was awful,just like you said morning sickness !

I also get nausea a few days before my period, which continues until the bleed is finished. Truelly awful and disturbing! These few months I also get diarrhea for a day or two - oh the fun! I have never been nauseaus around periods before so it must be perimeno.
Row ginger helps me the most, also anything with ginger - buiscits, tea, or foods with bitter taste! Small bites of dry food every now snd then throughout the day also helps. Strangely, drinking tonic (no gin:) in small sips helps a lot - it must be the bitter taste I guess.

All in all it passes to reappear again a month later ! I trully hate it!
