I have tried every pillow on the market, for the last few months my orthapedic one has been good but then it wasnt, so back to research were I found the 'buckwheat' I cant post a link but they are easy enough to find.

for neck pain, migraine, insomnia, arthritis.  (all good meno delights, not)

I am considering a mattress too.
