Hi I have been on hrt for about eight months now. I am on my second month of an increase to 50mg of estradot ( I had hysterectomy 4 years ago) I don't know if its related but I am totally exhausted the last few days. I feel like i've been drugged i'm so sleepy, Please does anyone know if this could be hrt or meno related, I am so tired i feel sick, also I am peeing a bit more than usual, not sure if this is related

Ask for some tests to see if you thyroid function is OK. Also Vitamin D levels and iron as well. So many things can give us fatigue and even minor deficiencies can cause this. DG x

I have a doctors apt. this afternoon so hopefully get some answers, I am going to ask for all my bloods tested

Let us know how you get on.  Crashing fatigue can be awful!

thank you doc made hos apt for next week for bloods, he thinks i may be low in iron or vit D

I get the crashing fatigue, not every day but in clumps of days, I hate it

My thyroid is ok, ferritin ok'ish at 56 although iron was right at bottom of range but I think it's meno for me, but it's handy you're getting bloods done to rule everything else out
