I had a full Hysterectomy some 18 months ago - & have just been on course of antibiotics for a urine infection which i think was causing my ache/cramp like spams in lower abdomen ...I just finished the course yesterday and saw my gp - she had the urine checked at the hospital and said nothing other than infection was indicated... Now after having a bath this morning i had some coloured vaginal discharge - so now my anx is back on high alert again ...I had hoped that having a hysterectomy would at least free me of some or any further concerns in that area of my body
...... My Gp did say that urine infections in meno is not unusual -so i did feel a bit relieved about that - it never seems to end
